Vetsense Ivermec 1L Application Guide

WITHHOLDING PERIODS:
MEAT: DO NOT USE less than 42 days before slaughter for human consumption.
MILK: Zero (0) days.

TRADE ADVICE
EXPORT SLAUGHTER INTERVAL (ESI): DO NOT USE less than 42 days before slaughter for export. Before using this product, confirm the current ESI from Vetsense Pty Ltd on 02 4577 9911 or the APVMA website.

Active Constituent
5 mg/mL IVERMECTIN

Apply along the backline of the animal, using a standard pour-on applicator, in a strip starting between the shoulder blades. This product is not to be given orally or injected.

Liveweight Dose Volume

Dosing Guide

Use the following dosage guide when applying Vetsense Ivermec Pour-On to cattle. Always dose according to the heaviest animal in the group and follow label directions carefully.

Over 650kg dose at a rate of 1mL per 10kg bodyweight. A representative sample of animals should be weighed before treatment either with scales or weighband.

RESTRAINTS
Do not use in species other than cattle.
Do not give orally or parenterally – this product is for application to the skin surface only.
Re-treatment interval: DO NOT RE-TREAT animals for 42 days after last treatment.

PRECAUTIONS
Cattle should not be treated when hair or hide is wet since reduced efficacy may be experienced. Rain falling on cattle in less than 2 hours after dosing may result in reduced efficacy.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS
Poisonous if swallowed. Will irritate the eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands after use.
