Membership
Membership is free and available to Australian residents aged 18+ with a valid email address.
Earning Points
Points are awarded for completed actions and purchases as listed above. Points may take a short time to appear in your account. Pet and Rural Supply Co may update eligible actions from time to time.
Exclusions
Points are not earned on gift cards, shipping fees, or excluded items as determined by Pet and Rural Supply Co.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed only in the increments shown above. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash, and are valid for discounts only.
Returns & Cancellations
If an order is returned, cancelled, or refunded, points earned on that order may be deducted. If points were redeemed on an order that is returned, those points may not be reissued.
Expiry
Points may expire after a period of inactivity or after a set time from when they were earned. Please check your account regularly to keep track of your balance.
Program Changes
We may update, suspend or cancel the rewards program (including earn and redeem rates) at any time.
Misuse
We reserve the right to cancel memberships or adjust points where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or misuse of the program.
Privacy
Personal information collected for the rewards program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
